Front Porch Trex Deck Customer wanted to replace a 30 year old concrete porch that had become a hazard with a full sized Front Porch with room for sitting and hanging out. Top Choice Craftsmen demolished the Concrete Porch and hauled it away, and then constructed a hybrid solution using Treated Lumber for the under structure, and then Trex Decking for the surface. Riverstone Shower

Basement Flood Remodel Customer had a washing machine on the first floor that sprung a leak and ruined the laundry room and the finished basement below. The Client’s Insurance company covered the damage, but this detail added a budgetary constraint that would have to be worked with to maintain the highest quality. Top Choice Craftsmen worked directly with the customer to design and source all materials for the project, and was able to repair the damaged basement area and improve on their original laundry room by adding storage cabinets. The entire project was completed on time and stayed well within the budget set by the insurance company.
