Large Basement Finish This customer wanted to turn their basement space into a full apartment and living area. Top Choice Craftsmen was tasked to help design the space and purchase the materials. Mission Accomplished!

Foyer Addition Customer was referred to us by previous customer. Customer purchased home with plans to create mother-in-law suite on the 2nd floor. After spending time in the house they realized the the main staircase was much too steep, especially for an elderly person. Top Choice completely designed this project and sourced all materials. To create the space needed to expand the steps we turned an existing front porch area into an indoor entry area. We then finished the outside of the expansion with cedar siding and trim to replicate the existing character and charm of the house’s exterior. We tiled the new interior entry area and flawlessly seamed it with the existing hardwood flooring so the space appeared to be original to the house.

Open Concept Kitchen Customer wanted a new Kitchen with an open design. Designs and materials were created and chosen by the customer and a local designer. Designer asked Top Choice Craftsmen to evaluate the design and construction of the home to determine the best ways to remove a wall and create an open beam look with recessed lighting. After helping to determine the best options with the customer and designer, Top Choice Craftsmen executed on the plan. The result was an open, modern kitchen and all smiles from the customers.

Trex Deck Rebuild This client needed to replace an old worn out deck that was becoming a hazard because of the rotten and damaged boards. Top Choice Craftsmen was hired to design and source all materials to rebuild this aging platform. Top Choice Craftsmen brought the project in on time and on budget while simultaneously creating a great outdoor living space with a view!

Biscotti Kitchen The customer wanted to update the entire main floor of their house, which included a kitchen, laundry room, walk-in pantry, bathroom, living room, office, and open stairwell. The designs and materials were created and chosen by the customer and a local designer. This was one of the largest projects Top Choice Craftsmen has completed. Because of the size of the project, Top Choice Craftsmen broke the estimates down into several different areas, which allowed the client to clearly see all the costs involved with the different aspects of the project. Top Choice Craftsmen systematically moved through each space and created the Client’s dream living area. As work progressed, different sections of the project were sealed off and reopened as each section was worked on and completed. This allowed the customer to continue to live at the house for the duration of this larger project.

White Kitchen & Stairwell Customer wanted a new high end kitchen and had a strict completion date due to a pregnancy. Designs and materials were created and chosen by the customer and local kitchen and bath design studio. Another company had initially been hired to complete the project but due to time constraints, was not able to meet the strict deadline. Top Choice Craftsmen were hired and brought the project in on time and on budget. the project to us At the early stages of the project, Top Choice Craftsmen quickly realized that some of the walk areas in the design were going to be too narrow. By catching this early, they were able to work with the customer and designer to quickly resolve the issues and keep the project on pace for the desired completion date.

Tile Wainscoting Bathroom Top Choice Craftsmen worked directly with the Client on this bathroom project to design the space and source all materials. The customer wanted to use high end materials and had some unique design ideas. Top Choice Craftsmen’s high end kitchen and bathroom expertise and general kitchen and bathroom experience aided in delivering a bathroom that met the Client’s design ideas, yet also functioned well for the available space.
