The customer wanted to update the entire main floor of their house, which included a kitchen, laundry room, walk-in pantry, bathroom, living room, office, and open stairwell. The designs and materials were created and chosen by the customer and a local designer. This was one of the largest projects Top Choice Craftsmen has completed. Because of the size of the project, Top Choice Craftsmen broke the estimates down into several different areas, which allowed the client to clearly see all the costs involved with the different aspects of the project. Top Choice Craftsmen systematically moved through each space and created the Client's dream living area. As work progressed, different sections of the project were sealed off and reopened as each section was worked on and completed. This allowed the customer to continue to live at the house for the duration of this larger project.
